Netflix’s ‘Family Reunion’ To End With Season 3

Published: Wednesday 27th Oct 2021 by Rashad

After delivering love, laughs, and loads of life lessons across two seasons and a holiday special, Netflix’s down home family comedy, ‘Family Reunion,’ will be bringing it all home via a third and final season.

‘The McKellans,’ led by acting veterans Loretta Devine and Tia Mowry-Hardrict, will wrap their next and final season via a 10-episode run.  The show’s third-go-round, which has yet to see its premiere date revealed, is an abbreviated course compared to season one and two (which nabbed 20 and 15 episodes respectively).

As of time reported, all recurring cast members –  Devine, Mowry-Hardrict, Anthony Alabi, Talia Jackson, Isaiah Russell-Bailey, Cameron J. Wright, Richard Roundtree, and Jordyn Raya James – are expected to reprise their roles for the comedy’s send off.

Love this show, kinda corny but in a fun way and Loretta Divine is simply the best! The entire cast is super talented. Looking forward to watching season 3.

I tried to get into the show and I really liked some epispdes. But too often the show was simply too corny and not that funny. Sometimes the overacting was too much and made the not funny parts even worse. The grandparents were the best part tbh

Yeah. The show was corny…. And Ma Dear was annoying A.F. for being such a Christian woman.
The older daughter LOOKS like a 30+ y.o. woman.

I really only watch because of the 2 boys…
Oh and the actor that plays the dad looks hella-gay.

I tried to enjoy this show, I watched episode after episode and I dont know what audience they were trying to pander to, adults, kids but Jeeeesus it was corny and the acting was wayyy over the top.
    I watch Black-ish, Grown-ish and Mixed-ish
Black family drama that appeals to all age groups and unlike this show, I dont come away feeling as though I lost some brain cells and some self respect watching this horse and pony show.

It’s ending cuz people weren’t watching it, #iwonderwhy

We hate on the most talented but will rally behind medicore, w/h/o/r/es or the charity cases. Well get what you ask for. Enjoy the corny, low grade Entertainment.

Why is all the good shows ending? Shows only last long if they cussing, killing, and acting a fool. This show taught values something that entertainment is lacking these days.
